This file is hosted on my OneDrive. It is embedded in an iframe, with code generated at the OneDrive site. The spreadsheet can be manipulated, but not updated.

Alternatively, the following link opens the OneDrive file in Excel Online. The user’s access to the document will be controlled by OneDrive; i.e. they may need to click the ‘Edit Workbook’ icon and log in to OneDrive in order to get write-access. .
