Recent breakthroughs in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents have sparked an unprecedented transformation across diverse fields, including the biomedical domain. These advanced AI models and tools are not only accelerating research but also revolutionizing clinical practices by enabling more efficient data analysis, improving decision-making processes, and facilitating innovative discoveries. In this talk, I'll share our cutting-edge methodologies and practical software solutions leveraging state-of-the-art LLMs such as GPT and LLaMA. We will highlight their applications in real world evidence generation, medical diagnoses, and literature-based discovery.
